Last night, I played a 25 minute set at the Asian American Film Festival Closing Night Gala. It was a tremendous honor to be a part of such a great event. Unfortunately, the acoustics of the room were very boomy- making my guitar sound like it was miles away. I almost felt tone deaf on one song because it felt like the chords from my guitar were modulating keys on me…

Then I realized that my guitar was turned down on my mixer… doh!

Oh well, the last two tunes came out ok once I turned the guitar up. Duh.
