Played Cafe Du Nord last night and it was a blast. The Skyflakes sounded awesome as usual, and I got to rock out to Dealership They made me freak out and spill beer all over my tie and button up shirt. I was happy.

It was an honor for me to play there for many reasons- one is that it was for a great cause and two because some of my favorite artists have played there. I got to hang out in the “green room!”. It was green on many levels.

Here’s a soundboard recording of my set last night.

(w@rning: it’s 30mb- so you should stream it on safari if you’re on a mac)

Unfortunately, there were a few sound problems (my fault, not the sound guy’s). By the way, Cafe Du Nord’s soundguy rocks. By far one of the most affable and competent sound guys I’ve worked with. Hail!

Cool deal- KQED archived my radio segment which you can stream HERE

I bootlegged myself via minidisc last night at the Red Poppy Arthouse. It came out pretty well so I will post it soon so y’all can see what goes down at a live show with all the looping and what. not.

Come on out to Ireland’s 32 Oct. 12. Special Jason Mraz approved Guest J Turtle aka Jason Yamaoka aka Jason of Jason and Jane fame will be splitting the bill with me. (the performance bill, not the drink bill) He’s comin all the way from San Diego so come and show some Bay Area love.

Respek,

Goh
